Selection Process

Once the application period has closed, all applications will be assessed against the requirements of the position. (NB- If you do not provide a statement addressing the requirements of the position when you submit your application, your application will be rejected. Following this assessment, the applicants who best meet our criteria will be shortlisted for further consideration, including an interview. Applicants will be required to provide evidence of any qualifications they hold at their interview. Reference checks will be undertaken for the highest ranking applicants prior to us making an offer of employment.


Three E’s to Freedom (Re-advertised)

Are you a highly motivated, community-oriented professional, with proven experience delivering programs that build capability and resilience?  Anglicare North Coast is looking for dynamic staff to assist with the implementation of the 3E’s to Freedom Program – an innovative education, employment and empowerment program for adult women from a CALD background.


Coordinator (Part time) Richmond/Tweed area, 21 hours per week

This dynamic role will see you coordinating the 3 E’s Program in the Richmond /Tweed area and taking a hands-on role in tailoring and delivering content to meet local participant needs.

You will have strong project coordination and partnership development skills, with experience providing leadership and support to staff.  You will have the capacity to encourage and inspire others, the ability to develop and deliver engaging sessions for program participants, and a strong focus on achieving results for clients.
